For all children who are 4-11 years of age.

 

Your child will experience a time of wonder as they Behold the Lamb of God while enjoying Crafts & Snacks, Games & Fun, all with Bible centered Activities.

Print one set of forms for each child attending.

 

Complete the Forms:

Bring forms to any Church service prior to July16th. Or, you may bring them by 9:30 a.m. on the morning of Monday, July 16th at child check-in time.

 

You may pay $20 per child in Cash or by Check:

Make your check payable to CCLCH

Credit cards can be accepted this year.
